Landed is deliberately low-data. Here is exactly what happens to your information.
The setup planner runs entirely in your browser. The three answers you pick (visa route, whether you're renting, whether you'll drive) and your tracker ticks are stored in your device's local storage so your plan is there when you come back — they are not sent to us and we cannot read them.
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or documents. There is no account to create.
If you buy the Relocation Pack, the payment is handled by Ziina, a UAE-licensed payment provider. Your card details go to Ziina, never to us. We receive only a payment reference and confirmation that the payment completed — enough to unlock your pack and keep a sales record. We never see or store your card number.
Your Relocation Pack (PDF, checklists, calculator, cheat sheet) is generated in your browser from your own answers. It is not uploaded to us.
We use local storage (described above) to remember your plan. We do not run advertising trackers. If we ever add privacy-respecting analytics, this page will say so first and name the provider.
We do not sell, rent, or share your details with movers, agents, banks, or anyone else. That's a core promise of the site, not a setting you have to switch off.
Because we don't hold personal data about you, there's little to access or delete on our side. You can clear the plan and ticks any time from your browser's site-data settings. For questions, contact us at orders@servicewire.shop.
